Rights and Obligations of the Parties:

VITABOLIC will carry out the delivery of the Goods to the address provided by the Purchaser in the purchase order, using a dedicated carrier. More in-depth information regarding the shipping timeframes, costs and locations can be found in the “Shipping Information” section of the Website.

VITABOLIC assumes no responsibility for any errors in delivery due to inaccuracies or incompleteness when filling in the purchase order by the Purchaser, or for any damage incurred by the Goods after delivery by the carrier, or for any delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, international customs issues or by other circumstances which are beyond VITABOLIC’s control.

In the event that one or more Goods are unavailable, VITABOLIC will notify the Customer by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address he/she provided at the time of registering on the Website. In this case, VITABOLIC will refund the Customer – by crediting the Purchaser’s payment card or account provided for purchase – for the sale price and also, where the purchase relates only to the one Item which is unavailable, the shipping costs. Subject to the Purchaser’s consent, VITABOLIC may send an Item other than the one ordered, of equivalent value.

Where the designers decide to make changes in the production phase and/or not to manufacture one or more products, where there is a change or where the pre-ordered product is not delivered by the designer, VITABOLIC shall contact the Customer to ask for his/her express consent to proceed with the shipping in any case or to cancel the order and provide a refund.

In any event, the unavailability of one or more Goods ordered shall not provide grounds for cancellation of the entire order by the Purchaser.

At the time of delivering the Goods by the carrier responsible for their transport, the Purchaser shall check, in the presence of the carrier:

a) that the packaging used to transport the Goods is undamaged and not tampered with, even only in the materials used to seal the Goods;

b) that the quantity and type of Goods ordered is as indicated in the delivery note and order.

Should the Purchaser find any irregularities or discrepancies, he/she must immediately notify the carrier upon delivery of the Goods.

The Purchaser is solely responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the information and data he/she provides to VITABOLIC and shall undertake to promptly notify them of any changes in the previously provided data.


If the customer wishes to return one or more items, he/she may do so within 14 days of receipt of the order, provided that the product is intact, sealed, complete and inside its original packaging. Damaged product returns showing traces that they have been used or which do not have their original packaging and label are not accepted.

To exercise the right to return, the customer must contact our customer services department by sending an e-mail orders@vitabolic.eu or by phone 0040725-520-590.

The customer may also opt for our collection service which has a charge of 40 €. In this case, when the customer contacts the customer service department, he/she must indicate a collection day and place. Collections will be carried out from Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 17:00 p.m. However, if the customer is absent on the agreed date, no other attempt will be made to collect the order and the order must be returned by another method.

When we receive the returned order at our premises, we will complete the corresponding refund within a maximum of 14-30 business days.

If we receive one or more items in a poor condition or which do not comply with the aforementioned requirements, the customer will lose the right to be refunded.

If VITABOLIC is responsible for the complaint, the order will be replaced, returned or refunded to the complete satisfaction of the customer.
If the transport agency is responsible for the complaint, VITABOLIC will resolve the incident at the earliest possible time and will provide the customer with a response with a view to replacing, returning or refunding the order to the complete satisfaction of the customer.
